Office confirms a narrow band of administrative sunshine
The event, measuring eleven desks long and approximately two memos wide, is expected to pass over the Central Annex before lunch.

At 09:14 office time, three calibrated observers independently recorded a useful but nonbinding patch of sunshine above the Continental Annex. The finding was reconciled against the brass reference window and entered into Ledger Blue-Blue.
Residents should not stare directly at the paperwork. Affected departments have been asked to rotate indoor plants one quarter-turn counterclockwise and initial Form 3B where indicated.
Deputy Associate Climatographer N. Ellery said the sunshine was “well within the ordinary range of unusual events.” No connection has been established between the brightness and Monday’s unexplained warm stapler.
The Office will issue a correction if the event later proves to have been glare, optimism, or a neighboring jurisdiction.
