Forms A through A-9

A — Atmospheric intention

General cover sheet for planned small weather.

A-3 — Shade edge

Attach a tracing and note whether the edge moved.

A-6 — Indoor vapor

For kitchens, conservatories, and unusually damp meetings.

A-9 — Closure

Confirms that the weather has finished and returned its badge.

Appeals and corrections

Appeals must identify the original permit, the disputed weather, and the precise point at which the two stopped agreeing. The Thursday Edge Panel reviews cloud boundaries; fog geometry is heard on Tuesdays.

Urgent weather

If weather is active, dangerous, or too large to fit on Form A, do not wait at this counter. Follow district safety instructions and report the observation through current alerts.
